Kaldewei a pioneer and style icon in Asia and Australia
In October 2011 Nicole Roesler, Kaldewei's Director Marketing & Product Management, visited various stations in East Asia and Australia to maintain the direct contact with architects, designers, retailers and the press. She was accompanied in Asia by Mr. Lei Wang, Area Sales Manager Kaldewei Asia. High-calibre audiences at various talks and events in Shanghai, Peking, Malaysia, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne were able to experience the company’s style and pioneering spirit up close.
As a special highlight of her visit, Ms. Roesler and Mr. Wang opened a new 140 m² showroom for Kaldewei in front of countless guests in Shanghai, where the latest award-winning Kaldewei products can now be experienced and admired. They include the flush-to-floor Conoflat and Superplan Plus showers and the exclusive Asymmetric Duo and Ellipso Duo baths.
Over 100 delighted participants attended the unique Kaldewei event at the Andrew ‘Boy’ Charlton Pool in Sydney. The event was hosted by Tim Jordan, owner of Bathe, Kaldewei’s exclusive distributor in Australia. The guests included Australian decision-makers in the bathroom industry as well as influential personalities from the media world, such as Harry Roberts of Belle magazine. He was not alone in being of the opinion that Kaldewei, with its numerous award-winning products, was without doubt the most luxurious sanitarybrand in Australia.
Many media reported on Ms. Roesler's talks and interviews regarding Kaldewei as a pioneer and style icon. Representatives from the worlds of architecture and retail were delighted to receive personal information on the strategy and background behind Kaldewei's positioning. Meanwhile, Ms. Roesler also used her visit as an opportunity to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the various countries' sanitaryware industries and luxury bathroom worlds. All in all, she described her experiences and personal encounters as a complete success.
